Elimination of the chronic bridge phenomenon in sand.

For those struggling with chronic bridge phenomena! Install a Brody disk to solve the problem.

Customers in the ceramics industry were struggling with chronic bridging issues, but the installation of the "Brodisk" has led to a solution. The "Brodisk" is low-cost and can be controlled with an electromagnetic valve and timer. It is also being applied to address bridging issues with high-moisture sand and filter press crushed products. 【Overview】 ■ Hopper dimensions: 3000×2000 ■ Discharge dimensions: 900×300 ■ Target material: Sand 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability, especially considering the risk of foreign material contamination. The silicone disk of this equipment excels in strength and durability. Once you use it, you will understand! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. A dedicated controller is also available. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. *Our website features numerous case studies, which can be accessed via the link below.

Mounting on the hopper of the powder roll feeder.

The results are good! There is no longer any occurrence of bridging even with very fine A powder.

This is a case study of measures taken to prevent bridging in a mixture of powder A and powder B. Powder A has an average particle diameter of about 3 μm, while powder B is coarse. There are several mixing ratios, but in many cases, bridging does not occur with the installation of partition plates in the hopper. However, when the proportion of powder A exceeds a certain level, bridging could not be resolved with partition plates or vibrators. We reviewed the powder samples and hopper diagrams, and based on our past experience, we suggested arrangements. We lent out samples, and the customer made the decision to implement them. The results were favorable, and bridging no longer occurred even with very fine powder A alone. [Case Overview] ■ Hopper Size: 800 (inclined surface) × 500 (vertical surface) ■ Arrangement: 2 breeding disks installed per inclined surface, totaling 4 disks ■ Control: 4 breeding disks controlled by controller C-SV1 *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
